Global Superpower: I Control All Elements

Chapter 41 - Killing An Elementalist

“Lin Xuyang, now it’s your turn!” Qin Feng sneered coldly.

“No! Don’t kill me!” Lin Xuyang desperately backed away.

“Do not harm the Second Young Master!”

A loud roar echoed through the jungle.

“Chief Bai!” Lin Xuyang’s face lit up with joy.

Yes!

I am saved!

Chief Bai is a mid-level Wood Elementalist, and he would surely rescue me.

As the roar subsided, countless wooden spikes erupted from the ground, shooting toward Qin Feng. In the air, an army of green vines surged forward like wild pythons, aiming to entangle Qin Feng.

“I’ve been waiting for you!” Qin Feng’s figure blurred as the Windshadow Boots activated, instantly propelling his speed to the level of a two-star Elementalist.

Swish! Swish! Swish!

Hundreds of afterimages of Qin Feng filled the air, as countless arcs of blade light crisscrossed.

Lin Xuyang was stunned; he couldn’t even follow Qin Feng’s movements. This was Qin Feng’s true power. Previously, he had deliberately hidden his strength to lure Bai Su into action.

In the blink of an eye, fragments of vines and splinters of wood flew everywhere.

Suddenly, a rain of blood splattered, with a few warm drops landing on Lin Xuyang’s face.

He looked up in horror.

A spherical object fell from the sky, landing right at his feet, kicking up a small cloud of dust.

Lin Xuyang’s eyes widened in terror as he lowered his gaze.

“Chief Bai!”

The object was none other than Bai Su’s head.

In just a few seconds, without even having the chance to show himself, Bai Su had been beheaded by Qin Feng. Bai Su was a mid-level one-star Elementalist. To kill him so swiftly, only a two-star Elementalist could have done it.

Could Qin Feng be a two-star Elementalist?

But this boy is only seventeen!

It’s already rare enough for someone his age to reach the level of a one-star Elementalist—how could he possibly be a two-star?

In the next moment, Qin Feng’s graceful figure landed before Lin Xuyang.

Lin Xuyang retreated in sheer terror. His whole body shook, and even his teeth chattered.

The boy standing in front of him was too terrifying.

It was a fear that came from the very depths of his soul!

“Could you… could you not kill me?” Lin Xuyang pleaded in a trembling voice.

“You must die,” Qin Feng replied, his voice devoid of any emotion.

“Do you know who I am?! I’m the Second Young Master of the Lin family! If you kill me, the Lin family will eventually find out. Then you’ll die! Your sister will die too!” Lin Xuyang screamed hysterically, making one last attempt to bargain for his life.

A smirk curled the corners of Qin Feng’s lips, his smile cold and menacing.

“Don’t worry. After you’re dead, the Lin family is next. They’ll all join you soon enough.”

“What?!” Lin Xuyang was horrified.

Clang!

The long blade hummed.

With a flash of blade light, a head flew into the sky.

Lin Xuyang’s mind whirled in confusion. He suddenly felt like he was floating, the world spinning around him.

In the next second, he hit the ground.

Looking ahead, he saw a headless body standing there.

That figure—is it mine?

As the realization dawned, despair filled his eyes, and slowly, the light in them faded away.

At that moment, the world became eerily quiet, with only the thick scent of blood hanging in the air.

Qin Feng silently looked at Lin Xuyang’s lifeless body, exhaling a sigh of relief.

Lin Xuyang was dead. Chu Chu’s crisis was finally resolved. However, this also meant he was now fully at odds with the Lin family.

Afterward, Qin Feng began cleaning up the battlefield. He collected Lin Xuyang, Bai Su, Xiao Lu’s bodies, and the remains of the super tank, storing them all in his spatial ring. The ring’s storage space was enormous, easily accommodating everything.

As for the loot on their bodies, there wasn’t time to search for it now.

After finishing, Qin Feng walked over to Chuchu’s side.

The little girl shifted her gaze from He Feng’s body and looked up at him.

“Brother!”

She gently embraced Qin Feng, burying her head in his chest, tears welling in the corners of her eyes.

“Little girl, today’s events serve as a lesson. From now on, don’t trust others so easily.” Qin Feng stroked her head affectionately.

“Mmm,” she responded softly, hugging Qin Feng even tighter.

This event had left a deep mark on her heart. Growing up would inevitably involve many such experiences.

“Let’s go. We shouldn’t stay here any longer.”

Qin Feng collected He Feng’s body.

Then, he dragged over a few nearby Ironfang Boars’ carcasses, tossing them at the battle site. The strong stench of blood from these beasts would attract other creatures to feast, covering up the traces of their presence.

Once everything was set, the siblings quickly left the scene…
